Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Risosi Chatbot ("we", "us") provides a SaaS platform that helps businesses connect Facebook Messenger, Instagram messaging, and WhatsApp Business Cloud API, run auto-reply bots, and schedule organic posts to Facebook and Instagram. Controller contact: support@risosi.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, business name.
• Channel connection data: Meta Page / IG / WhatsApp IDs, display names, and encrypted access tokens you authorize.
• Messaging data: inbound and outbound message content, sender IDs/names, timestamps, and related webhook payloads needed to operate bots and the inbox.
• Content data: captions, media URLs, and schedule metadata for posts you create.
• Technical data: logs, IP addresses, and device/browser metadata for security and debugging.

3. How we use Meta platform data

We use Meta Graph API and WhatsApp Cloud API data solely to provide the features you configure: deliver and log messages, match bot keyword rules, send auto-replies, and publish scheduled organic posts. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Meta data for unrelated advertising or training third-party AI models.

4. Legal bases & sharing

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests in securing the service. We share data with infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database) under appropriate agreements, and with Meta Platforms as required to operate connected products. We may disclose data if required by applicable law in Bangladesh or other jurisdictions where we operate.

5. Retention

Account and business data are retained while your account is active. Message logs and scheduled post records are retained for operational history unless you delete them or request deletion. After account closure or a validated Meta data-deletion callback, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights & Meta data deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@risosi.com. Facebook/Instagram users can also remove the app from their Meta settings, which triggers Meta's data deletion callback to /api/meta/data-deletion. We verify the signed request, delete associated user data, and provide a confirmation code and status URL. Instructions: /data-deletion.

7. Security

We use HTTPS in production, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage for channel tokens where configured. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your credentials.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside Bangladesh (for example, hosting regions used by our providers). We take reasonable steps to protect data in accordance with this policy.

9. Children

Risosi Chatbot is intended for business users age 18+ (or the age of majority). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
