1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Risosi Chatbot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Risosi Chatbot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Risosi Chatbot provides tools to connect Meta messaging channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), configure auto-reply bots, view an inbox log, and schedule organic posts. Features marked as stubs or demo may not call live Meta APIs until you supply valid credentials and complete Meta App Review / Business Verification.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@risosi.com.
4. Acceptable use & Meta policies
You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Terms, and applicable laws (including Bangladesh laws where relevant). You must not spam, send prohibited content, scrape, reverse engineer the service in violation of law, or misuse webhooks/tokens. You are solely responsible for the content of messages and posts.
5. Third-party services
Channel features depend on Meta APIs. Outages, permission changes, or App Review decisions by Meta may affect availability. We are not liable for Meta platform changes beyond our reasonable control.
6. Fees
Current MVP access may be free or under a plan we communicate separately. Paid plans, if introduced, will be described before charging.
7. Intellectual property
Risosi Chatbot software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or approval of your Meta App Review.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISOSI CHATBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST PROFITS DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
10. Termination
You may stop using Risosi Chatbot and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or Meta compliance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections apply otherwise. Courts in Dhaka shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
